Greetings friends! When I work with students, my main focus is to establish and develop their understanding of the language. The gained comprehension will help them with any future communication or interaction with the language (from a letter to a friend to a scientific report or CV). The ability to formulate their thoughts in a clear way, the skill to line up the logic to convey the essences of the message — these are the main results of my work. Education
I graduated from Moscow State University (74th position in World University Rankings), the faculty of Philology, the department of Russian language.Also, I graduated from Elabuga State Pedagogical University, the department of Teaching of the Russian language and International Arts and Culture.
Qualification
I have been teaching since 2004. I combined a private tuition and the position of a journalist, editor, and chief editor.Besides the Russian language classes, I provide the lessons of Russian as a second language (certificate of a teacher of Russian as a second language by Moscow State University).
Achievements
I am an author of the educational sets of flashcards «Emphasis» and «Paronyms» which were created to make the preparation to exams in Russian easier. I am a prize-winner of international competitions both in Russian and English.My students successfully passed their entrance examinations in the Russian language to colleges, lyceums, and Universities as well as final examinations after graduating the school.
Almost all of my students show exceptional results at schools. I teach using a unique methodic, which let to reinforce the connection between speaking, writing, and hearing and so improve the ability to write.
From the teacher
No doubts that the language skills can be trained and cultivated. Unfortunately, it is not an easy tasks. To succeed, students have to assess themselves (with the help of a teacher), to reflect on their texts.The difficulty repays itself with the ability to understand how the subtle meanings of words make the text shine in different colors, shift the accents.
I have created a grammar course of Russian language. It does not need a teacher and you can improve your grammar all by yourself. You can find the course of the Russian language grammar here.
Nowadays, I shifted my efforts to writing (you can find my stories here).
In spite of my focus on creating stories, I have a spot or two for students, who are willing to learn how to write simple, clear and expressive.
Requirements, Formats and Prices
Mostly, a lesson’s length is 60 minutes and the price is 80 AUD (you can make the payment here), but it is possible to discuss individual conditions. There is a discount of 25% for lessons in group of 2 or more. The classes are conducted online, so there is no need to waste your time on the road.To attend the classes, you would need an Internet connection sufficient for communication, a web camera, Skype or a similar communicating program (Zoom, Google Meeting, etc.) and the ability to send me photos of you writing.
An assessment and creation of the personal program usually takes 20-30 minutes and it is free.
